TCL科技(6.72 -1.61%,诊股)12月11日晚间公告，公司下属香港全资子公司TCL科技投资拟以现金方式，收购TCL实业（香港）持有的茂佳国际100%的股权，交易价28亿元。通过此次收购，公司在原有显示面板业务基础上，补充设计服务和加工业务，有利于为B端客户提供从面板到整机的完整服务体系。
