创业板 20% 涨跌幅启动

创业板正式实施注册制，事前准入审批的监管体制改为备案制。当日，创业板注册制首批 18 家企业上市，新股上市前 5 日不设涨跌幅，之后涨跌幅为 20%。同时，从当日起，所有存量创业板股票涨跌幅将从目前的 10% 调整为 20%，并同步放宽相关基金涨跌幅至 20%。
