贝壳找房纽交所挂牌上市 首日收涨87.2%

美东时间8月13日，贝壳找房（NYSE:BEKE）正式在纽交所挂牌上市。此前，贝壳找房于7月24日向美国证券交易委员会递交招股书。
据其招股书，贝壳找房计划募集21.2亿美元，每股定价20美元。高盛集团、摩根士丹利、摩根大通、华兴资本担任承销商。
北京时间8月14日凌晨4时，贝壳找房收盘价升至37.44美元/股，较发行价上涨87%，市值冲高至422亿美元。
